Personal Experience
Monae T. Ojo is an Associate Attorney whose practice spans real estate, probate, estate planning, and civil litigation. A proud native of Livingston, Texas, she graduated in the top 10% of her class at Livingston High School.
Attorney Ojo earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Houston in 2016. She went on to earn her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024, along with a Transactional Law Practice Certification. There, she served on the Executive Leadership Board of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) and received the Dickerson-Moore Humanitarian Award.
Attorney Ojo holds a Guardianship Certification, is a Certified Mediator, and is a member of the Texas Bar College, a professional society of legal scholars who are leaders in the Texas legal community and champions of legal education.
Outside the office, Attorney Ojo enjoys time with family, audiobooks, binge-watching her favorite shows, travel, and trying new restaurants. She has also taken up furniture assembly, armed with her trusty pink power drill.
